It sucked the Google page said close at 10 went there 30 mins out of my way and they was closed at 9 . the times was not on the door the girl that was standing there looked at me then walked away . yea will not be back to the location
These folks are the best! I had a special order cupcakes and cake and not only did they do a phenomenal job on it but they did it in record time. My daughter is going to love her cake for her birthday! Plus they could not have been nicer. I was also pleasantly surprised at how reasonable price was. At these prices and with the service there's no way I'm going to go anywhere else for cakes and cupcakes. Plus I know everything is fresh because they made it right there in the back of the store.
I have had excellent customer service from them always.....until today. I went by and ordered and paid for three dozen cupcakes to be picked up at the weekend. I called two days later to cancel said order. They can only refund my money to my card when a manager is present and that is only til 3 p.m.....HELLOOOOO...what about those of us who also work and can't get by there til after 5 p.m. Their solution was to come by on Saturday and get the refund when a manager will be there....forget the fact that I may have plans....it is Saturday. Management needs to be sure that customer needs are met during all business hours.....otherwise, they need to close up shop if they can't provide full services except at their convenience.
Went there last weekend and enjoyed the the chocolate chip and cheesecake cup cakes, Also the Cashier Was Very Lovely Looking Which I hope who ever caught or catches her heart will treat her like the Princess She is.
We love to go here to get cupcakes. They have a beautiful cupcakes shop. The cupcakes are so good. Highly recommend.
