Terrible customer service. We made the decision to walk away from this bank a while back due to various reasons and gradually have been moving everything to our new bank. Now that we have moved to a new city, it will be closed for good. There is no such thing as a personal banker with these type banks. Way too commercialized and impersonal. If I could give them 0 stars I would... And don't get me started on their internet banking. It's way behind the times. Absolutely terrible.
If I could give it a negative rating, I would. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. they don't call you when they say they will. They have had to reissue 4 debit cards for me now because none of them never made it to my house. Would not suggest this bank to anyone.
Awesome bank and 24 hr teller machine. Let's you pull out any denomination of money, cash checks and make deposited. Also the employees are awesome.
