Food was great. Waitress was fairly new but try to do her best. But the 2 drinks came only 1/2 way Full we asked waitress if that’s way it supposed to come? The waitress even commented that another waitress asked if she spilled some. Manager came to our table first thing he said was my wife and I drank half of it and indirectly calling me a liar. I asked him to please ask the waitress if the drinks came this way but he was giving me 10 reasons why he can’t help me and still saying I must have drank it. So we were leaving he got up in my face at the front door making a big seen and almost didn’t let me leave and trying to change his story. I took a picture of it and he was even more mad at me for documenting this event. I will never be threatened by a person as he made me feel. Your manager needs training with the public. He should have just said that’s the way they come and that’s it. Insulting us was not the right way.
My fiance and I tried to have an enjoyable meal at Logan's/ Spring Hill,was anything but. The only thing above room temperature was one side per plate. Advised 2 wait staff we would like to see a manager. After waiting 10 minutes and no show, while walking out we were told the Manager was busy dealing with the same situation at other tables. NOT A PLACE WE WILL BE BACK TO.
This is the worse Logan’s I have ever eaten at!! I have always love Logan’s but now thanks to my experience at this Logan’s (Springhill Tm) i may never eat at any Logan’s again. 1st it took 45 min just to get our food and I wasn’t even packed when we arrived, and when we finally did get our food my husbands food was warm but all my food was COLD, Lyon could tell it had been sitting a while, I had the Filat and it was TINY, like half the size of a normal one and had NO seasoning at all, shrimp skew was just gross, again NO flavor and was hard and rubbery, rice was hard as a rock and again col, our mushroom skewer was the only thing I enjoyed, it was cold but had flavor but was missing the other veggies that was suppose to be on it, they were going to make us new ones but rooms so long we never got them because we had to be somewhere, worse service we ha e ever received for at $50 meal, there are plenty of other places to eat in the area do your self a favor and go to one of them
I was going to eat a steak but was also wanting a buffalo chicken . I ask the bar tender for a buffalo chicken sandwich with a loaded bake and she brought me a hot chicken on a piece of toast with coleslaw and ranch of which all 3 I hate I told the girl that I didnt like hot food. If I knew that didnt have regular buffalo I would have gotten a steak like normal. Also the tea was more like water with very little tea taste and nearly clear. Furthermore my girl friends steak was dry as a bone, Also they brought bread with no silverware. I see why this restaurant is so dead. Very disappointed.
It was my first time in this Logan's, and it's safe to say, I'll never return.
Not one person working cracked a smile, made eye contact, or greeted us. That's not that big of a deal, but , the waitress was the most miserable waitress I've ever experienced. And the bathroom was disturbingly gross. Granted whatever customers using the restrooms must have their wives or mothers clean up after them most of their lives, but my kid didn't want to stand in urine to use the restroom. Every single toilet had a puddle beneath it. Overall, very dirty restroom.
Good luck Logan's there are many other restaurants in the area.
I don't ever write reviews. But I don't thinking ever been so agitated from a restaurant experience quite like I just experienced at Logan's today. The only reason why I gave it a 2 star is because the food was good and I was able to take advantage of the great deal they were giving us veterans for veterans day.
