I purchased a used vehicle from Bostelman Automotive of Spring Hill 5/2017. My salesman was James, who does credit to his profession when so many used car salesmen give the title a negative connotation. James made it not only easy, but enjoyable to purchase. He handled everything like a boss, on top of his professional charisma. The price was quite fair, and they really stood behind their 30-day warranty. The vehicle had a tire that leaked out daily, they had 2 new tires installed. The bluetooth on the radio didn't work, they had a new radio installed. There were a few little paint scratches, ...they handled it. They provide me a loaner car for a week, and even delivered to my house due to my heavy business schedule....no charge. I am 50 and have bought a lot of cars both new and used, Bostelman Automotive of Spring Hill has been one of the best I've experienced. They didn't just smooze to get the sale, they followed up long after the sale. Oh did I mention free oil change and tank of fuel? If you are on the fence, feel good about giving them a chance.
