Best place to buy everything! So far we have bought a fridge and dishwasher. About to go back and buy a stove. Why do we go there? They have great deals and the best Appliance salesmen around!
The entire staff at Electronic Express was very helpful with my Kitchen appliance and entertainment needs for my home. From the minute I stepped in the store, the staff was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the various options available to me. I felt very comfortable with my selections and was very pleased with the installation as well. The delivery crew was very careful and professional and competent. I will recommend the Spring Hill crew to all my friends and family!
OK, let me first start by saying customer service is the first and most important part of selling a product. From the time I walked into store till I left customer service was exceptional. Product knowledge from those guys over there at the SPRING HILL location, was top notch .I definitely will buy more items from this location. I even bought a washer and dryer from them that night. Keep up the good work guys you got me for life as a customer. Definitely not a Best Buy where the employees try to avoid you and sell you things that you don’t need to make quota.
I have to say that with someone with years of customer service training and soooo many bad experiences, I was very impressed with the staff at this location. The professionalism and courtesy I was given was amazing. I also had the pleasure of making my final decision on a television purchase from the manager Kyle. He saved me money and was very knowledgeable about the products. I will be purchasing all new appliances soon and I suggest you do your business with them! Thank goodness! Finally a company that knows how to treat a customer!!! Thank you Kyle and all the associates. You definitely deserve a huge Thank You!
Please read this before you buy...Employees of Electronic Express are misleading and misrepresenting the warranty. I bought a laptop October 3rd of 2013. I also bought the warranty. I was told that if you do not use your warranty you get half back. So after a year I went back up there with my receipt and asked them about it. They told me that it had to be 3 years from the date of sale. So here I am 4 years and two months later. I went in to purchase a TV. The sales person tried to sell me on the insurance. That's when I remembered about the last warranty. So I took the receipt from the laptop warranty back in and asked for the refund again. They looked confused. I joked with the salesperson that they acted like they had never done this before. I thought, "I guess a lot of people lose their receipts or just forget about it." And then it happened. It took three people and five days to get an answer about the refund, only to have them tell me I waited too long. What? I was confused because it had been over 3 years since I bought it. Which is what the previous sales person told me. Apparently, you can't get a refund if it has been over 4 years. I was never told this by any Electronic Express employee. And I have read all the fine print on my receipts and paperwork, and nowhere does it say that you can't get your money back after 4 years. I paid for the warranty, and I didn't use it. Period. That's all I was told to do. Another sales tactic to screw over customers.
