The best building materials and home surplus store in Spring Hill. They really go out of their way on the customer service in this store. They have wonderful prices, great selection, and the best employees. I only shop here for building supplies.

I decided to call Home Depot 800 number and they were able to help me and email me the receipts.
I have a company in the area and needed copies of receipts from one of my employees from all Home Depot's in the area. This store was a standout in insisting that we had to come to the store. They offered me no other solution and said that was the only way. They said that their district manager confirmed there was no other way also.
I spoke to 8 different Home Depot stores and the 800 number in a small amount of time and when you have so many positive and helpful customer service interactions it's really easy to differentiate when someone just doesn't have the desire to solve your problem as was the case with the management of this Home Depot.
This place does not care about customer service... They do NOT stand behind their products... If you ever have any problems, they will NOT stand behind it... They are rude, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... I would advise EVERYONE to NOT shop here... Go to Lowes, or to Ace Hardware... I promise you, this place will NOT stand behind their products... PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE!!!!
