Terrible follow up communication. I had to contact him for quote after being told that he would contact me the very next afternoon (Wed afternoon). By the next afternoon he told me he would have the quote the following morning (Thurs morning). By the following morning I STILL hadn't heard anything and waited until that afternoon (Thurs afternoon)to contact him for the quote. When he gave it to me he was higher than 3 previous contractors! What a waste of time
I called Turcios to repair a brick mailbox my son had run over. He said he would come look at it on Thursday. He never showed and never called. I left several voicemails and texts. He never returned those either. I would not recommend this mason.
