I do think Nancy is very sweet, but the young girls who work there are all overdo for attitude adjustments! We only took our two large dogs there once because we paid extra for the Furminator treatment, but you could tell neither one got it so that was a waste of money. When I questioned them about it when I picked them up, two young girls tried to justify that the rest of the fur would fall out on its own. ?? That was a lie by the way! My poor dogs looked extremely stressed and depressed when I picked them up. We also used to take our small dog there until they had her there for over 6 hours, so my husband ended up going up there to help finish. One of the young girls who was shaving her had walked away for some reason, and my husband thank God caught my dog from falling off the table! She would have been hung from the leash they tie around their necks if he wasn't there because of the dummy who wasn't paying attention to her job. We've been taking our cat there for many years though. However I can't for the life of me get any of the young girls to understand that my cat is diabetic and can not stay in her cage all day since she has to urinate constantly. Each time I make an appt, the young girls always confirm that she'll be started right away and even tell me what time Nancy will be there so my cat doesn't have to wait and can be started right away. However I don't know if the young girls just keep lying to me over and over or if they're just that bad at their job, but picking up my cat 5+ hours later after being told she would only be there for a couple of hours is pathetic. No one else around here shaves cats, so HH is my only option unfortunately. Not only does she look better after getting shaved, but we can tell she feels a lot better without all of her fur. If you're desperate to take your pets here like I am, definitely look your pet over before leaving because many times I've gotten my cat home to find huge cuts where the clipper nicked her. I actually dread making an appt to take her, but we really have no other choice.
Well i can had great service till today when a young girl got nasty with my aunt because we needed our dogs done by 1pm. We were the 2st appointment. My dog got him back he was shaved near bald you can tell who did the hair on berry was mad because she had to do her job. The older lady who usually cuts his hair love her that young girl needs to fired or i will get lawyer and get that place shut down.
