Greeting was there. Ask associate for help with want and she was negative right out of the gate. Then the co-worker came up and did direct me to some options that I had already seen. I ask if my want could be ordered in for a week from now and he no we are done with flip flops. So with no other helpful response I left with no other words spoke to me. Customer service has left with no signs of returning with the new generations of people.

No one ever spoke to me, greeted me or anything until I checked out. And even then they were assholes.
Purchased a Sketchers product in March and it fell apart by July. Called the store manager for assistance and she was absolutely rude. Next time, I'll purchase online from Amazon.
