Nice people because they want your money. They didn't even tell me what was wrong with my tire that was leaking. Just told me prices on tires. Felt like I was being taken advantage of.
If there were 10 stars for this place I would give all ten!! I rolled in about 20 minutes before closing with a destroyed tire in my trunk, knowing I likely needed new tires all the way around. Initially they were going to replace the one tire and I would come back for the other three, so they wouldn't be kept late, but Lee & Dawn (and the service guys) are the PINNACLE of customer service. They stayed late so that they could replace all four tires and save me a trip back to Spring Hill the next day. Amazing!! They've gained a loyal customer for sure!!!
I had a front end alignment on a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado. It was 12 degrees off when I got there. I had just put new tires on the truck from Discount Tire and I went straight over there and got my front end aligned up it was pulling to the right before I got there. When I left it was still pulling to the right the young man said he was the road conditions so I drove it for a while carried it back in about a week it was 43 degrees off according to another mechanic that was working there. He done another alignment on my truck. Free of charge of course. I left steering wheel still crooked still pulling to the right. Went to Gateway Tire in Columbia Tennessee had bad tie rod end. Replace them and had a new front end alignment at Gateway. Tire discount said they was going to refund my money for the first front end alignment that I got and yet have not received nothing and this was back in June or July I can't remember it's been so long. Charles said that he had turned in the refund for me and that I would be getting a check in the mail but I have not received nothing. How would you feel? But yet they keep sending me coupons and stuff to get winterize for $129. So no my receiver is not good all they need to do is pay me my $98 back. I wasted two trips going up there and several phone calls to Charles and he says I'm going to get my money back that I haven't yet.
My First Experience with Tire Discounters was this morning as I seemed to have picked up a screw that wanted to hitch a ride with me. Their customer service was courteous and prompt. The waiting room was clean and pleasant. In less than an hour they had me back on the road and refused to let me pay for plugging the tire. I'll definitely be back when it comes time to make a purchase.
They had a bad day. To my surprise they are willing to work through an experience that wasn't to be considered consumer friendly. This is the definition of a good company. Everyone has bad days, it's how those are handled at a later date that determines the staying power of a company. I would certainly recommend you give these guys a shot.
