Very friendly staff. You can tell they love animals and enjoy their job. I also appreciate their efforts to find homes for abused/neglected pets.
I usually always take my dog here to get groomed but after today I never will again, my boyfriend called and set and appointment for our usual dog and our new puppy on Christmas Eve and the girl told us our appointment was at 7 PM we even asked “ evening? “ just to make sure and she said yes evening so today my boyfriend calls to double check before I drive all the way to Spring Hill later and the lady tells us our appointment was at 7 AM and I asked her if she could squeeze us in because it was the girls fault for telling us the wrong time and all I got was a “ uhh we close at 6 “ and it’s currently 10 AM and how they can’t squeez in a chiquaqua and a 4 month puppy is beyond me but I’m extremely annoyed.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. A little pricey but they have just about anything you want for critters.
The groomers do a great job! We take our two Border Collies there.
We love getting goodies for our pups at PetSmart! They are kind and helpful, and they have great prices!
