We came in on labor day because our 10 month old was favoring his left arm. We did not have to wait long and the staff was very friendly and polite! The doctor took the time to examine our child and was able to diagnose the problems without taking an x-ray! I really appreciated that the doctor did not just jump to taking an x-ray because that would have cost more for know reason!! Great job!
I went here to do a drug screening for my new employer. The staff gave me the wrong paperwork multiple times. They were very confused and seemed extremely annoyed that I was there. They argued with me to get my insurance, when there is no insurance needed for a drug test for an employer, the employer pays them directly.
I will not be coming here again.
Staff is unprofessional and acts like you’re stupid. Same with the doctor. Dr. Kromer is an absolute quack. I had the same symptoms as my daughter and he told me since he’s been practicing 20 years I had my mind made up already and then acted like I was fishing for days off of work. Rude, unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.
The whole experience was just unprofessional and extremely disorganized.
I went in August for a sinus infection. I asked BEFORE being seen if you where in my insurance network (BCBS of TN). I was assured you were. I had met my max out of pocket and wanted to stay in network. I just received my EOB from BCBS and the claim was processed as out of network and that for a simple office visit, no labs or test that I owe you 191.00. I feel you totally mislead into believing you were in network. I have worked in health care for 27 years, specifically in insurance and your staff totally mislead me. When asked about this I was told we said we would file it, that is all. I understand it is ultimately the patients responsibility to stay in network however, you certainly won't be getting any repeat customers with this type of service.
The wait time was around an hour. I was not sure why as it looked very slow, there were only three people in the waiting room, myself included.
When I can cross reference my symptoms with pictures on the internet I think it’s safe to say it’s very compareable. I guess the guy has never heard of there being cases of things being MILD?
Great experience!! First time here and they did an amazing job. Extremely short wait time. Called me back and saw the doctor almost immediately!! The staff was so efficient, professional and sweet. Definitely making this my go to place when I need quick, skilled care.
