Today i tried calling these folks to let them know i woke up with an excruciating debilitating pain in my left hip that radiated to my groin area and down my left leg. I was not able to reach anyone..finally they call me around 2:45pm to remind me of an appointment. I told the lady what was going on and that i had been trying to reach them. I even reinerated several times it was my left hip. The lady told the doctor..he said to have me to the nearest outpatient imaging for exrays. This imaging place is 30 minutes from my home. When i got there got checked in i was handed my orders. I saw it was ordered to have the right hip exrayed and a prediagnosis of arthritis. HELLO!! Its not my right hip..its my left. And how do you put arthritis when you havent seen an exray. My thought is..if hes about to exray the wrong hip. What on Earth would i want to let him stick a needle in my spine for...does he know where hes going..im a bit scared..and i kept a copy of the order for my records..if they dont care enough to properly treat me..and they dont feel im worthy or important..i wish theyd write me a discharge letter so i can find someone who does care. My life may not matter to them..but it matters to me and to my family.

They don't know what they are prescribing and aren't for pain management. They have caused me more problems by taking me off meds then helping me with my pain. Want to tell me how I should feel. If you want a rehab this is the place to get you off meds and not be in touch with how your pain is. I would not tell no one to go.

I transferred here from Ohio and began seeing Dr. Tolman. I have been under a pain care plan and seening a pain management physician for a couple years. We moved here to TN and I THOUGHT the transition would be positive. I was very wrong! This office is privately owned. This was a new experience for me. It quickly became very clear that they were NOT patient condisive and we're all about scheduling appointments so they can get money to see the doctor even when it was not necessary! I was not able to even phone in to ask a nurse a question..."need to make an appointment!". More money! There was an issue with one of my prescriptions. The pharmacy was only able to partially fill it. I was told just to call in and have the doctor write the remaining 8 days. "Need another appointment!". More money! It was ridiculous howany appointments they want you to make! There reply...the law requires it. Wrong! I had the TN laws. It's simply about them making money and nothing about the patients care. The receptionist, Pat, is beyond rude!!!! There were several issues with her! Due to many issues with this office, and my issues getting worse during all of this, we have had to make the decision to move back to Ohio, where I am now back under the care ofy previous doctor. I have since found out that several new issues were missed due to the lacking care of this office, and I will once again be having surgery! As with other reviews, things seem great for the first month or so. But unless you don't care about them making you come in repeatedly when it is not necessary only to give them countless payments, and if you don't mind not being able to speak to anyone in your doctor's office , and if you don't want you condition to get better, then you might like them. But if you are like me, and will need continuous care, don't go to this office!!!

Reading some of the reviews really surprised me! Nothing but kind people. My visit was good. The front deck, nurse and Doctor super kind, courteous and respectful. It depends on are own approach on how your visit goes, we ourselves have to be kind, and respectful regardless of how you feel. I'm totally shocked because my visit was successful, I was listened to and was able to state my concerns and wasn't rushed, I would advise anyone to have a list of questions, I have been in pain since the age of 8 for the last two years the WORST pain it has been unbearable at times. Since being diagnosed with Stills disease and fibromyalgia .. taking my Medication as percribed the last two days I have been pain free. I honestly broke down and cried, I have been in pain all my life. To have this relief is a answer to prayer! I give the praise to God first, and the Doctors here at the comprehensive pain and neurology ! I haven't been doing anything for some time if I have I've been in pain, I'm walking without pain moving around doing more without suffering couldn't be happier and grateful...

First several appointments were fine, once you become familiar the receptionist becomes uninterested and down right rude, you can learn about her unfair station in life from the cell phone conversation she is having while you wait to check in.I have been charged for proceedures that never occurred and am now trying to recover monies owed for a non existent appointment.I am a cancer patient and don't need the aggravation.Just my experience at this location.

    They don't know what they are prescribing and aren't for pain management. They have caused me more problems by taking me off meds then helping me with my pain. Want to tell me how I should feel. If you want a rehab this is the place to get you off meds and not be in touch with how your pain is. I would not tell no one to go.
