Miss-Diagnosed my daughter saying she had a broken leg, when it was her growth plate expanding. The Dr. looked at the x-ray and seemed like he didn't have a clue what he was looking at. He says "It is broke, but she can walk on it". That alone made us go get a 2nd opinion.
Not a good experience. After surgery on a Friday I was in severe pain all weekend and no one was there to help. Finally I reached someone who prescribed some pain meds for me. On follow up visit after a pin had popped out in my hand the doctor did not even remember what he had done on my hand. I also had a shot in my hand on one occasion without anesthetic and I was screaming in pain. Then later we found out that the entire surgery had to be redone as I had horrible pain for months later. Needless to say I went somewhere else to do this and am fine now.
As a mother and a health care professional I have to commend Patrick S and his staff. They were so patient with my 5 year old son ! They went out of their way to educate us both and keep us involved with every step along the way. We were able to get in the same day I called and walked out with a cast. Fantastic facility I would recommend to anyone needing the services they have to offer.
Wow so my wife calls to make an appointment and tells them that our car insurance will be handling the bill and the response she gets is "well we'll bill you and then you can figure it out." What? Are you serious? TOA here we come because this place obviously doesn't know how to treat patients.
They helped me and where courteous and thorough. Scheduled my MRI right away and a follow up appointment for the same week. Suggested further testing for RA and sent orders to the hospital for blood work to be done asap. Good people.
