Doctor and facility were both nice. The first and basic doctors visit is $252!! I was shocked when I opened the bill! They say any revisits are only $175! This was for a simple sinus infection. They simply listened to my lungs. Thats way more expensive than other walk in clinics! These people charge too much!

This was our first time here at the Spring Hill Vanderbilt Walk-In but my 2 year old busted his head open and needed stitches. Our experience: We arrived at 6:30pm, signed in, waited an hour, and no one said anything to us while we sat in the waiting room with my sons bleeding head. Their system was down so they were unaware if we even signed in. I understand technology isn't always reliable. The reason I'm upset is because after someone finally got us they explained that if they proceeded to give him the stitches there that it would be a big ordeal-they would have to numb him, hold him down tight and he'd be very upset and uncomfortable. BUT they said if we took him to Children's Williamson in Franklin they'd "mist" him and he'd wake up and never know what happened and suggested several times that we go there..it was ultimately our decision but they were very adamant about which was the "better" option. They said it's what they'd do if they were me. Plus, they said if they did the stitches it could take a while to get signed in...again. Needless to say we were convinced to go to Children's. And guess what? They numbed him (which took 45 min), held him down tight and stitched him up..no mist was used. So now, instead of having a walk-in-clinic bill, we will be getting a lovely ER bill. I've come to the conclusion that since it was closing time (7:30pm) at the Spring Hill location they just didn't want to deal with taking the time that'd be needed to do the stitches. That is purely my opinion but it makes sense now looking back. I'm not saying I'd never go back but this particular experience wasn't ideal.

After signing in we were called to the reception desk where Natalie asked for my insurance card that has all of our children listed. She then asked for legal guardianship or adoption papers for my boys. I was highly offended by this and embarrassed for my sons. I have never in 17 years been asked to provide this. We are not the same skin color, I am white and they are both brown. Actually six of my seven children are brown. Obviously this is not my first trip to a clinic or hospital. And as I mentioned before both of our boys are patients of Vanderbilt.

I was the last patient of the day and all of the staff treated me as if I were their first. Now if only I had chosen the right pharmacy

The manner in which Natalie spoke to me was also demeaning and offensive. She kept quoting Hippa and saying these are the rules and I could go on their website and read them.

We left explaining, we would not be returning. I will not, thankfully we have choices.

I went in this afternoon to get sports physicals for my two middle school sons. I have never been to this clinic, but since both of my children see doctors in the Vanderbilt system I thought it made sense. We have even used the same pediatrician for 17 years. And both my wife and I are patients within the Vanderbilt system in Williamson County.

I have been several times the last few weeks for myself and daughters and we have received excellent care. I love they are open on weekends and late in the day for working parents.

I went to another walk-in clinic that we have been to previously and were not even questioned, except asking for my pic ID and insurance.
