The whole team at Spring Hill ER are extremely courteous and professional. The care given to me by Dr. Tyler and the nursing staff was first class and their receptionist extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend them for any health related emergency issues!
The staff was very nice but they charge way to much they billed my insurance 5,000 dollars which I have to pay 2300 of it my daughter was there maybe 45 mins for a concussion 1 ct scan and that’s it I think they are over charging ppl because I had a er visit at another hospital with no insurance (ct ,blood work ,fluids,and antibiotics) that was only 900
The Spring Hill ER staff and doctors are incredibly helpful and caring. Unfortunately, in the past 3-4 years, both me and my husband have had to visit the ER for various reasons and all of the doctors AND staff were incredibly competent, caring and thorough with every visit. They even helped resolve an issue with a urologist office we were referred to. The urologist office wouldn't request medical records for the continuation of care/referral. So, to help us out, they allowed for us to pick up the medical records at the Spring Hill ER instead. I wish EVERY medical practice was as helpful and awesome like this ER. It's also such a blessing that we live so close -- I couldn't imagine going to another ER/hospital for everything we've had to endure.
Staff seemed fine when my son had a stomach ache and we felt he may need attention. After an xray and some meds to ease his stomach, they let us go home with a 'keep an eye on him'. No issues medically but the extortionate bill for $2200 hospital charges and almost $1000 for the doctor to look at him are insane! $3200 for a 1 hr visit. I'll be driving 20mins to Williamson Medical in the future!
Honestly, the best ER experience I've ever had. Dr. Glaser, nurse Barbi, nurse Michael, and all the staff were absolutely phenomenal. They all treated me with person-centered, evidence-based, and truly wonderful care. The staff here are everything healthcare professionals should be and I'm so grateful to have been in their care. I cannot say enough about these wonderful providers!
