How do I start? Took out insurance on our home , automobiles, and farm. Money was being withdrawn monthly for all accounts. Then homeowners stopped being withdrawn. We didn't notice it being stopped because we "Assumed" , Allstate knew what they were doing.We received a cancellation notice as our mortgage holder did. I seen Lori in Springhill office, she found were she accidentally stopped it . Charlie in Springhill, told us, our farm insurance would cover heavy equipment. It does not. Charlie was supposed to find out what was needed, I still have email. That was 3 months ago. We went with a fantastic company after all this . We sat down with Bob Graham to find out when we changed, why was we being charged for Lori' s mistake. That was 3 weeks ago. He couldn't tell us. They have told us they just can't figure it out. But we are being billed constantly.
