We've been loyal State Farm members for about 10 years now. We switched to this State Farm agency when we moved to TN 5 years ago. They have been, by far, the best agency that we have been with. They go above and beyond to make sure all of our questions are answered and have been so great and easy to work with when we had claims that needed to be filed.
David & his team have been nothing but excellent to work with! Their service is fantastic! They really work hard to make sure that you stay properly covered and properly informed. They are very genuine in what they do. I mentioned on the phone last year when I called in to make a payment that I had recently had surgery. I did not think anything of it. A few days later I received a hand written note in the mail. They also followed up with calls to see how I was doing. I could not believe it. They really care about their clients. Thanks David, Michelle, & team for always going above & beyond! It means a lot!
I worked with Kyle he was extremely helpful and turned what has been a very stressful experience, into a more relaxed situation. he took the time to answer all my questions and help explain what all the confusing grey areas and difference that i didn't realize you get from different insurance companies. I feel i will always be able to go back to them with my questions and concerns and get straight and truthful answers which in this day and age is getting harder and harder to find.
