Four stars for quality pizza. I love Jet's Pizza; it's my favorite chain besides Pizza Hut. I always order for delivery, and I tip very generously - at least 50%. I used to deliver myself, so I know how it is; back in the day when I did delivery, I was hurt really badly in a car accident taking some deliveries out, so I know the risks and costs involved in the job better than anyone. I rarely have late orders from this location. If anything, my orders are usually early and HOT, but there have been a couple times the order was an hour late. I am deducting a star for this location, for past late delivery and because I feel some their drivers could be a little more friendly. Some actually come to my door and don't even say hello or ask how I am doing. I don't expect them to have a conversation with me, but do not come to my door and be completely silent or ignore me when I try to speak to you. It is really offputting. Their drivers should know by now that I tip well, so I expect not only an on-time delivery, but nice customer service too when they come to my door.
Always get the special--- 2 slices and drink $5. Great pizza and friendly service!!!
Great customer service, we had an issue that was addressed by the general manager and never expected the quality of service we received. I was so pleased to know that there are still companies out there that value their customers, and their feedback. Thank you for being so awesome!
Prices are higher but you get what you pay for that's for sure. Great pizza and very fast
Pizza is good but was told my order was 12.95 plus tax but had 19.51 charged to my card so ill stick to the mom an pops store
