I waited one hour for a burnt pizza. That wasn’t even prepared the way I ordered it online. Way too much sauce, paid for extra cheese and barely had any cheese at all, everything was burnt. I will not be returning. Considering I spent $50 on pizza and dessert that wasn’t near worth it. Very dissatisfied. Zero stars.
Pizza quality is inconsistent. Hate picking up carryout there, especially on weekends. If ordering carryout online, you don't know how long the wait will be until after you place the order. (Tip: pay with cash at store in case you need to cancel.) Waits of an hour+ are common. And no drive-thru makes pickup inconvenient - waiting area is small and often crowded with people waiting.
Used to love ordering from here but it has turned into one of the worst pizza places I have ever been to, They need new management, I was waiting inside at the counter to ask about my pick up and stood there for 23 minutes and still not a single employee even spoke to me.Finally I left and went and got pizza somewhere else. I will not be going back to this location again. If it would let me I would give them zero stars.
Was told my order would take about a hour. That would have been ok but after it was 30 minutes later than that; I called & was told we are running behind. That too was ok. When the driver arrived he said sorry I saw your address & assumed you lived on the other side of that road. Without checking he went 20 minutes our of his way. When our order finally arrived almost two hours after it was placed; it was so cold that the cheese on the pizza was hard. Although they offered to make another one & credit us a free order on our account; I find this to be unacceptable.
This is our go to pizza place. The use of the app makes ordering quick and easy. Earning points through the app leads to frequent freebies. The quality is generally very good. The delivery time had been inconsistent recently, but the company seeks feedback after each order and appears to respond well to it. We generally order two medium, two- topping pizzas for about $15 total (pizza and delivery).
