I have not eaten at the restaurant inside for over a year, but when I did it was very good. The menu has increased substantially since then. I hope to eat there soon and try some new items. Before going, know that it is Mexican food and not Tex-Mex. Plenty of similarities, but some options you won't find at most restaurants.
They have authentic Mexican products that you will not find on the International or Latino shelves at other grocery stores.

The Fresa con Leche was so good! Mexican popsicles are great and have real fruit in them (I know, that doesn't mean they are healthy). Next time I go I'm ordering some Mexican corn. I can't vouch for it at La Villa yet, but in general Mexican corn is delicious.
The Resturant
Wonderful place, the owners are great people. Has felt like home since moving from South Houston. Great for lunch and foods that remind you of home.
I have never had anything I did not like at La Villa. Tamales are amazing.
Love this place! GREAT mexican food, not your run of the mill BS that you find everywhere else. So glad they are here!
When I walk into La Villa, it's like I am back in Mexico (where I lived for a couple of years). The employees have been very nice the three times I have been in.
Soooo good. My daughter and I had vegetarian burritos while my husband and son tried meat options. Everyone loved everything they got. I will definitely come back.
