Absolutely love Dr. Adams and all the staff. Best vet experience we have ever had both personally, emotionally and financially! We love everything about the staff, the atmosphere and the price. Best vet in Middle Tennessee for sure!
We are new to Spring Hill and this area. We feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Adams and the entire staff at All Pets Center for the care of our 'Lady'. They are very kind and caring to her whenever we go in. They have provided the best care for our Lady and we know they will continue to do so. A big THANKS to Dr. Adams and the entire staff.
All Pets Health Center has been my dogs care center for 5 years, and I am extremely pleased with their level of care. They are willing to squeeze in an appointment when pets need immediate care, which to me is extremely important. My older dog had to have laser treatments for back pain, and now he loves going to the vet because he thinks he will still get his massages (but not anymore)-- he is so disappointed.
The only reason we had to wait is because the room they use for cats was set up for a family to say goodbye to their cat and I did not mind waiting at all. In fact I loved the fact that they shared that information with me and put that family's needs first. It showed me they are not a business but a family that really cares about pets and people.

Dr. Pearl & Staff love what they do and it shows in how they take care of all animals. I have 3 cats & 1 senior dog and they are all living long, happy, healthy lives because of All Pets. We’ve tried other veterinarians and honestly one of them was ready to give up on our sweet, Alexis. But she was still showing signs of wanting to be with us! Still had an appetite, wanted to be near us, etc. So we took her to Dr. Pearl & he created a specific plan just for her. Within months, she was in less arthritic pain, the creatine levels in her kidneys had reversed due to a special diet, etc. We were ecstatic! And still are. The entire staff goes the extra mile from the moment you walk in the door with the pleasant front desk, to the techs in the back, and all of the doctors at All Pets. They are there to give your fur babies top notch care and I can attest to that.
I have been taking my pets here for 10 years. I am extremely happy with the care they provide.
