This is the place to go.. Do not, and I repeat, do not confuse (Tire Discount) from (Discount Tire) up the Street. (Tire DISCOUNT) Bad Service. Slow and unfriendly. ***DISCOUNT TIRE*** Good, confident, competent people at the helm. Busy at times, yes. But there is a reason behind it. And they run there cars in and out like a Balet. Longest I've ever waited was an hour from walking in to keys back in hand walking out. These guys are top notch. I put rear tires on my 350Z all the time looking for the next best thing. Never knew to check my hubcaps after getting tires. Two came off on the way home. Called and they said they would order more if we came down there, drove down there and they claimed they placed the order. Waited then called to check, no one had placed the order. Repeat that again then finally eventually got a hubcap but it was like pulling teeth after buying all 4 new tires with the warranty. I will definitely go to Wal-Mart next time.
Great tire prices. Workers are efficient and do good work. All tires are properly mounted and balanced. Every wheel lug is torqued with torque wrench. Very important extra step these guys do.
I ordered tires months ago and called repeatedly to see if they were in yet. No, no, no was always the answer. Literally months went by but my need for the tires wasn't urgent. When I really needed the tires soon I called and asked them to cancel that order and find me something else. Fast forward to today. I've been waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes and counting and my tires still are not on my truck. But surprise surprise....the tires I originally ordered have been here all along. Very frustrating, very unlikely to return here.
