My family and I were traveling through and had some unexpected car issues. I googled for the best place around the area and decided on this company. I have to say that this was a great choice! The friendly and professional staff was extremely helpful and courteous! The manager explained everything that needed to be done and he did so in a manner that I (a woman) could understand lol. I would highly recommend this place for any car repairs or maintenance that you may have! The owner should be proud of the staff that is there! Thank you Mr. Joseph for taking care of our car issues and putting us back on the road with peace of mind!

Ask them about their " Tire Protection Plan " and get it!!!
We have been coming to this place for the last 4 1/2 years, these guys are the best! They always take care of us. And make sure we are safe on the road at all times. I would recommend these guys for all things mechanical. The staff is always so kind and courteous as well. They sure make it pleasant to come in and have my car worked on. And I never feel taken advantage of as a woman. That's saying something! They really know Customer Service ! Beat oil change and car repair around, great prices too!

Unethical. I had just purchased two front tires and was given a card good for an alignment for $49.00 at this place. Since I had damaged one tire on a storm drain grate, I thought an alignment would be prudent. I was also due for an oil change (synthetic). When I spoke with Assistant Manager Joseph, informing him that I needed an alignment AND a synthetic oil change, he told me that they would not honor the discount as the card was "old" (the one I had just been given). He tried to talk me into accepting a much lesser "discount" but I no longer considered this business ethical and left.
I've been coming to this place for past 2yrs. Always happy with the results. I got my oil change first thing in the morning which was super fast and works great for busy Mom like myself. They cleaned windshield while we were there and little things like that is very nice. I asked quotes for 4 tires for my Corolla, Anthony showed me list of prices and the ones he recommends from his professional view. I asked to order them. Those tires came in the same day! This time I stopped with my kids at 5pm for new tires, had dinner at next door Culver's and they were quickly done!! They were done by 5:30! Tires were changed, kids were fed and it was a great deal in price with Life time Tire protection plan included!! All that in 30 min! Yesterday I had a chance to drive out to west Nashville, everything felt solid and ran great! Go see them people over there guys!
If you give out discount offers to drum up business and want to void them, the proper way to do this is to have the card holders return or destroy their stock. If someone has a card, the ethical thing to do is to honor it in the hopes that your actions will result in repeat business. In my case, it would have; I am new to the area and was looking for a mechanic - I have 4 cars in my immediate family. Mr. Joseph's actions (as assistant manager and representative of this business) can only lead me to believe that this company is more interested in quick money that in customer relations. This sort of behavior leads to shortcuts, pushing unneeded work, etc.
