It was clean and modern, the breakfast was okay and the beds were uncomfortable but over all it was a great experience thanks to the wonderful staff.
One negative is that it is a little far from the interstate.
Best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at and not because it's new. The customer service was amazing(which always makes a huge difference for me)..... From the Manager, to the staff at the front desk and the house keeping! You could tell that the manager was all for his customers being happy! The rooms were very clean and the food was great. Please keep this up and your customers will forever come back to visit. I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Spartanburg, SC after leaving this location and it was horrible so thanks again for making my stay awesome! Will certainly stay in Spring Hill during my many business trips.
This hotel is new with great modern decor. The staff was very friendly. It's also in a great location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
I was impressed with how clean and modern the hotel was. Which was expected because it opened a couple weeks ago. I liked how well lit the room was. Some hotels have very poor lighting inside the rooms. I was also happy to see numerous, easily accessible power outlets that didn't require me to unplug other this to use. I didn't have to decide whether to have a lamp or charge my phone like some hotels. My room was very quiet on the 3rd floor. I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds which also had a mini fridge and microwave. I was by myself, but it could've easily handled a family for a few days. The counter space in the bathroom is more limited than I would like, but still bigger than average. Another thing that impressed me was the pillows. They actually had some filling and were supportive. They were not thin, air filled bags. Breakfast was very good and had a decent selection of food for a hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to others assuming it stays this nice years down the road.
Well I have one positive the staff is very helpful and nice but it seems that no one can make a decision except the General Manager.. So I stayed there for one night after I checked in the room was very clean but when I started putting my things in the bathroom and as I begin to wash my face the rag I chose had poop on it I contacted the front desk and immediately they came and disposed of it and she apologized several times at that point I wanted too leave and was talked into staying and that the next day it would be taken care of only too have 2 days pass and I had too call in myself however for my inconvenience they gave a $30.00 dollar discount and some points but I guess it was just worth 30 dollars too the manager that said give it too me I but it’s ok a phone call from the General Manager would have been great but I guess customers are not important just the money
