Excellent selection of fine Mattresses! I found my KING mattress and box springs here, and the salesmen are great! They saved me a lot of money ! Very clean store and they let you try the mattresses out , they even have a sleep room for long naps ! Great prices and a great staff !
Bought a mattress, they told me they would deliver it tomorrow. Then they called me the next day an hour before delivery time and said they didn't have it and offered me a loaner mattress for 2 weeks. I asked for my money back and they made me return to the store for a refund. Total hassle. I bought the mattress because they said they could deliver tomorrow, I didn't want to wait 2 weeks.
The employees were friendly however my problem is with the product and policy for replacement. Purchased a new mattress for my daughter was a newer hybrid mattress with the gel foam top. Within the first few months I found out the my daughter was complaining her back hurt and noticed the entire side of the mattress collapsed. Not to mention she is not a big girl and probably well under 100 lbs. Spent some time trying to get the mattress replaced, pictures, measuring using cable lines, filling several forms etc. In any case after months back and forth finally got approval. Had to bring it to the location myself or had to pay additional fee for replacement somewhere like $75 to $100. When arriving at store was told the mattress was no longer available and replaced with literally a piece of reg foam and thin material covering. I would consider this equivalent to what a cheap infant crib mattress would be. This was the first time ever using Mattress Inn... So now not even a year later and my parents were visiting and hear the issue and purchased my daughter a brand new mattress because they felt bad and heard her complaining when I was at work. Granted this was not a top of the line mattress but it was not the cheapest either and I was extremely upset that my parents felt they needed to buy her a new mattress. I feel slighted that the replacement was a much much lower quality and that the original was defective so soon not to mention the time and effort to get it replaced. EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE with the product. Have learned my lesson and wanted others to be aware that the replacement process is involved and the product does not hold up.
Horrible experience! Went in to purchase bunk bed mattress for my daughter. Was upcharged for box spring when it wasn't necessary. After reviewing the invoice i declined the extra charges. I was told by David i was to expect delivery one week later. The day before delivery i recieved a confirmation call my mattresses would be delivered between the hours of 11 and noon. At 3 pm i called to see where my delivery was. At this point was told i didn't pay for delivery charge and i could come pick up or pay extra. After arguing with the owner....who by the way doesnt seem to care about customer service...im expecting my delivery with in the next hour. At 5 pm delivery was made. Delivery guy said delivery ticket was never picked that day. He was in his own personal vehicle with family in tow....it's a shame other people have to pay consequences for others mistakes. Just admit it you made a mistake and make it right. It shouldnt have been such an inconvenience for so many innocent.
